Terms & Conditions

General

​

  1. This lucky draw is conducted for the benefit for SMORE PLUS member (Wah Lee Group loyalty program)

  2. By entering into the lucky draw, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions of Entry and warrant they have read, understood and agree to be bound by them.

 

 

Eligibility and Entry to Competition

 

  1. Entry is open to all of Wah Lee Group customer with valid SMORE PLUS membership holder.
  2. This SPIN Hadiah Lucky Draw campaign will have the begins date and expired date.
  3. Wah Lee Group must receive all accurate details provided from customer to start entries during the lucky draw campaign. Online entries are considered received at the time of receipt into the Wah Lee Group campaign database.
  4. Entry to the lucky draw is free of charge but to enter, Entrants MUST purchase minimum at lease RM1500 at any Wah Lee Group outlet during 35th Anniversary Lucky Draw campaign start. During the lucky draw period, entrant have to use following methods of entry:

         1. Purchase any item or mixed item at lease RM1500 in single receipt.

         2. Download the Wah Lee Group app.
        3. Login member account and fill in     Wah Lee Group app form provide requested details.

         3. Entrant click on “Submit” after completed required information.

         4. Click “START” on the middle of lucky draw rolled.

         5. Congratulation! You got a prize.

  5. NO extra entries based on multiple purchase made during lucky draw campaign.
  6. Each SMORE PLUS member qualified to draw ONE(1) time during Lucky Draw campaign, even though same membership do purchase more than one transaction during the lucky draw period.
  7. While entry to the lucky draw campaign is free, normal costs associated with accessing the internet are the responsibility of the Entrant.
  8. Any Entrant who enters using multiple SMORE PLUS membership number and/or purchased history not match with database systems, or otherwise contravenes these Conditions of Entry, may be disqualified.

  9. All decision of Wah Lee Group are final and cannot be contested and no correspondence or discussions will be entered into.

 

 

Prize

 

  1. Subject to availability there is one (1) prize to be won per lucky draw. All the prizes are specified at the prize list shown. In the event that a specified prize is unavailable on the date claimed by the prizewinner, Wah Lee Group, reserves the right to substitute the prize for another similar product of the same retail value, provided it has first obtained approval by the relevant lucky draw authorities.

  2. Prizes are not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

 

 

Prize Claims

 

 

  1. Within 14 working days of the draw, the prizewinner list will be stored into the database server by automatically and compile by backend support from Wah Lee Group. Prizewinner need to claim their prize at the branches that he/she purchase from. Wah Lee Group will NOT provide any post or courier, delivery or shipment for prize claim.
  2. A list of drawn prizes campaign name and the winners will be displayed at the apps by Wah Lee Group at the same time.
  3. Prizewinners may only claim their prize in accordance with this clause. Prizewinners must:
  4. claim their prize within 28 days of the date of the draw; and
  5. May only claim their prize by providing SMORE PLUS card and Nationality identity card to cashier coordinator. And

  6. Must by way of provide acknowledgement signature of prize received with their full name, delivery address and phone number.

 

Wah Lee Group shall not accept purported prize claims by phone, mail, facsimile, or any other means of communication other than in person by walk in into Wah Lee Group branches.

 

 

Use of Personal Information

 

  • Use of an Entrants personal information is strictly for prize claim verification purpose and no other third party company or agent to be involved.

 


Unforeseen Events  

 

  • If for any reason any aspect of this Lucky Draw campaign is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Wah Lee Group, it may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the lucky draw campaign, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant campaign authority.
