Can I convert my rebate into cash?
No, the rebate amount cannot be converted into cash.
How do I update my account details?
For currently you only able to edit name, profile picture and payment mode. You may sign in to your account and edit at “My Profile”.
To change your phone number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are there any fees that I need to pay to use the Rebate Plus?
No, there is no fees imposed for using Rebate Plus.
Where can I check my rebate status?
You may tap on “My Rebate”, all the rebate details are there.
Can I remove my primary method of payment?
Yes, you can. Just tap on “Card Management” and tap the card that you wish to remove, you can un-tick the “Primary Card” column or you can delete the card details as well.
What are the payment methods for Rebate Plus?
For currently we only accept credit / debit card.
How long is my Rebate valid for?
Maximum validity is 6 months and you always can check your rebate status inside the app
Is my personal information safe?
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You cannot cancel any transaction that you made, please request our staff to help on this refund process. A processing fee of 2% per transaction will be incurred unless there was defective from ours side.
All the refund will reflected in 7-14 working days from the refund submission date if the refund is valid and approved. All refund only eligible for transactions made via credit/ debit card and rebate purchase cannot be refunded in Cash.
Please do take note that, all refund valid for Malaysia bank holder only.
